Privacy Policy

Last Updated: November 12, 2025

Dragonphire Studios, operated under Dragonphire.com, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used in our games and on our website.

Information We Collect

Gameplay Data

Our games, including Circuit Swap, currently do not collect or transmit personal data.
Gameplay information such as scores, seeds, and settings is stored locally on your device.

In future versions, optional online features such as leaderboards or shared seeds may become available. If enabled, only game-related data (e.g., score, player alias, seed code) will be transmitted for display purposes — never personal identifiers.

Feedback Submissions

We use a Google Form to collect feedback, ideas, or bug reports.

  • You may need to sign in with a Google account to upload images.

  • We do not capture or store your email unless you include it in a response.

  • Submitted information is stored securely by Google and accessible only to the developer.

Email Subscriptions

Our website may include a Subscribe form to receive updates.

  • Submitting your email is optional.

  • Collected emails (if any) are used solely to send updates about Dragonphire Studios, its games, or other creative projects by the site owner.

  • You may unsubscribe or request removal at any time by contacting us directly.

  • (Note: The subscription feature is currently disabled while being reconfigured.)

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to enhance functionality or deliver features, including:

  • Google Play Services (achievements, updates)

  • Unity Technologies (engine analytics, crash reporting)

  • AdMob (ads, if enabled)

  • Google Forms (feedback collection)

  • Google Analytics (planned) — to understand site traffic patterns

Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices:

Cookies and Tracking

The website does not currently use cookies or analytics.
If tools such as Google Analytics are added in the future, they will only collect non-personal, aggregated data to improve the user experience.
This policy will be updated to reflect any new tracking tools.

Children’s Privacy

Our games are intended for general audiences.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Data Security

We do not operate servers or databases that store user profiles or personal data.
Any data handled by third-party providers (e.g., Google, Unity) is protected under their own security and privacy policies.
